All events are available for purchase online until five (5) minutes before the published start time. Ordering online is fast, secure, and best of all FREE*!

Ordering online saves YOU time and money! No need to worry about finding campus parking or taking time out of your day to come to campus to purchase tickets. Now the cheapest and fastest method for buying tickets is at your fingertips 24/7! Online orders help to cut down on long lines at the event for purchasing and picking up tickets, which helps the show start on time. Online orders also help keep overhead costs down in the Fine Arts Ticket Office, as there are greater expenses in live assistance than there are with online ticketing.

Visit the FSU Fine Arts Ticket Office located inside the FSU Fine Arts Building during regular business hours. Credit cards and checks accepted.

  • There is a $5 per-ticket service fee applied to all in person single-ticket orders, including tickets purchased at the venue immediately before the performance.
  • Check payments are accepted until 48 hours prior to an event and will not be accepted at events.

The FSU Fine Arts Building houses the FSU Fine Arts Ticket Office, the Richard G. Fallon Theatre, and the Museum of Fine Arts. Metered public parking available during regular business hours in the Call Street garage. Performance venue box office opens one hour before the published start time. Hours may vary due to holidays and the university academic calendar. Please call 850.644.6500 for any updates.

HOW:

Tickets will be sent as a PDF attachment to the email address on your account.

Guests selecting this option may pick up their tickets at the Fine Arts Ticket Office during regular business hours, or at the Will Call table at the event.

Tickets will be sent by USPS to the address you provide the Ticket Office.

WHEN:

Typically, tickets will be emailed 7 days prior to each individual performance in the order.

If purchased within 7 days of a performance, tickets will be delivered within minutes.

At the event as early as 1 hour prior to the performance.

Dependent upon USPS delivery.

All tickets in your order will be sent together 10 days prior to the first performance.

Customers who purchase a ticket that requires an ID will be required to show their valid ID at the door when the ticket is scanned. If the valid ID is not present, the customer will be required to upgrade their ticket to the full ticket price and pay the difference in price at the Ticket Office prior to gaining admittance to the event.
