Ticket Delivery

 

Email - Mobile/Print at Home Tickets (Recommended)

Email / Mobile / Print-at-home tickets are available for all tickets purchased, for no additional fees. Tickets will be sent as a PDF attachment to the email address on your account. Please check your Spam/Junk filters and allow emails from tickets@tickets.fsu.edu. Tickets of this type can either be printed at home or presented on a mobile device at the event for scanning.

The Fine Arts Ticket Office utilizes a "Delayed" email ticket delivery process. If ordering tickets prior to the week of the show, when the "Delayed Email/Mobile/Print at Home" delivery method is selected, tickets will be emailed 7 days prior to each individual performance in the order. You will receive the tickets email one (1) week prior to the event.

If purchasing within the week (7 days) prior to the event, you will be able to select the regular "Email - Mobile/Print at Home" delivery method, and you will receive the tickets email within minutes of finalizing your order. 

Please request Email - Mobile/Print at Home tickets when placing your order by phone and in person.

Email - Mobile/Print-at-home tickets have no delivery fees.

NOTE: Email - Mobile/Print-at-home tickets are now available for any discounted ticket type that requires an ID (i.e. student, FSU employee, military, educator, etc.). Customers who purchase a ticket that requires an ID will be required to show their valid ID at the door when the ticket is scanned. If the valid ID is not present, the customer will be required to upgrade their ticket to the full ticket price and pay the difference in price at the Ticket Office prior to gaining admittance to the event. 
 

Mailed Tickets

Mail delivery of tickets is available up to 10 days prior to the date of the performance. If purchasing tickets for multiple performances, mail delivery is only available if tickets are purchased 10 days from the date of the first performance in the purchase. Guests purchasing tickets less than 10 days prior to the first performance may select Email - Mobile/Print at Home or Will Call. Will Call opens in the performance venue one hour before the published show start time.

There is an additional $5 per-order service fee for mail delivery.

Will Call Tickets

Guests selecting this option may pick up their tickets at the Fine Arts Ticket Office during regular business hours, or at Will Call at the event, which opens in the performance venue one hour before the published performance start time.

There is an additional $5 per-order service fee for Will Call pick up.
